We promise to keep your data safe. We do not pass on or sell any data we collect . The student details enrolment form you fill in when you enrol at the School is kept in a locked cupboard in White Hart Lodge. The details are also entered onto a secure database and an accounts spreadsheet. The database and spreadsheet is only accessible by administrative staff at the School who use it for the purposes of administration. Electronically, our data is very secure and in line with the industry standards.

If you contact us by email or letter or by any other means we may keep this information for various purposes. Email communications are kept as a record of communications for one year and are then deleted. Email communications to firstname.lastname@example.org are only accessible by our Administrator (Cathy Flynn) and John Redgrave (Artistic Director). Letters of notice given to the School are kept until a person’s account is closed down. The letters are then destroyed.
