In-house shows…

Students showcase their work through our shows which

take place in our in-house Hart theatre. The shows are generally a compilation of musicals and often include pieces of work that students have successfully performed for LAMDA examinations. Parents are welcome to come and watch their children perform - a unique and very special experience for all the family!

Hippodrome  and/or Bath Theatre Royal

BSPA is proud to note over fifty years of involvement with Hippodrome pantomimes. The shows we have been involved with are:  Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, Never Forget (Take That production), Half a Sixpence, Dr. Dolittle, South Pacific, Joseph (over thirty five years of involvement with this production), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang & tour, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, The Sound of Music plus national tour, The King and I, Fiddler on the Roof. TV and professional theatre…

BSPA has contacts in all the right places, which often leads to students gaining roles in television and theatre. auditions and performances include:

• BBC Drama series of J.K. Rowling’s new novel A Casual Vacancy
• Students performing in Bristol’s Fashion Live at Cribbs Causeway
• Two of our students performing in the professional production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert in Cardiff.
